My listings, along with Virtual Tours of many southern New Hampshire communities, are available via a "podcast". Available on iTunes, to be viewed on a personal computer or a handheld device, such as a Video iPod™, your listings are automatically "broadcast" to all of those who subscribe (for free) to my podcast.

This is an innovative new way to market property, and I am one of the only REALTORS in the United States utilizing this technology. My podcasts were recently featured on the Boston Channel 5 evening newscast.
