My listings, along with Virtual Tours of many southern New Hampshire communities, are available via a "podcast". Available on iTunes, to be viewed on a personal computer or a handheld device, such as a Video iPod, iPhone or any other type of smartphone, your listings are automatically "broadcast" to all of those who subscribe (for free) to my podcast.
This is an innovative new way to market property, and I am one of few REALTORS in the United States utilizing this technology. In fact, I was one of the first REALTORS anywhere to use video podcasting in my marketing, and my podcasts were featured on the Boston Channel 5 evening newscast in February of 2006!
It's different - it's unique - and it's possibly the wave of the future for real estate listings.
